If there is no dealer near you or you don’t want to use a traditional dealer for any reason, we can get you a suppressor with the help of Capitol Armory’s fulfillment system, straight to your door.

If you still like using a local dealer, we are happy to work with them an can use any class 3 dealer of your choosing. This is actually preferable. And if not…… We HAVE the solution!!

  • 1. Buy the suppressor from us, either online or over the phone.
  • 2. Choose ‘Ship to Door’ at check out and we process your order with Capitol Armory® fulfillment.
  • 3. Capitol Armory® will contact you and walk you through the paperwork process from the comfort of your own home, and help you start your form 4 pretty much immediately!
  • 4. When the paperwork clears the ATF process, they will mail the silencer and approved paperwork right to your door.
  • 5. Enjoy that sweet, sweet quietness.

Of course, Liberty Suppressors can not be liable for any unprocessed or unfiled forms that the ATF requires as this is the responsibility of Capitol Armory® through their fulfillment service, the BATFE and the individual buying the silencer.

Also, neither we nor Capitol Armory® can not mail silencers to these states:
California, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Delaware
Silencers are not legal to own in the aforementioned states.
Also note that Capitol Armory® can not fulfill orders with this system to Vermont at this time as they have no license to do so in this state.

Cancellation of your order after the process has been initiated will incur a standard restocking fee. Unfortunately there are costs that have to be covered and this is unavoidable.
